I have competed and trained for endurance sports (triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, multisport) for over 10 years. My racing history includes:
- 2 Full Ironman / 140.6 – PB 9:43:42 (Ironman Copenhagen)
- 5 Half Ironman / 70.3 – PB 4:49:20
- 10+ Standard Triathlons / Duathlons – PB 2:15:02
- 7 Marathons (Excl. Full Ironman) – PB 2:50:30 (Brighton Marathon)
- 6 Half-Marathons (Excl. Half Ironman) – PB 1:20:41
- 10+ 10K (Excl. Standard Triathlons/ Duathlons) – PB 36:10
- 20+ 5K – PB 17:04
- Numerous other events including sprint triathlons, cycling sportives and other running distances
