Unlock Your Full Potential On and Off Course

Golf is a game of precision, control, and consistency — but behind every great swing lies strength, power, and mobility. My golf-specific personal training is designed to help you move better, hit further, and play longer — no matter your age or experience level.

Whether you’re a weekend golfer, a competitive amateur, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident on and off the course, I can help you build a body that supports your best golf game.

Why Personal Training for Golfers

Golf may look like a low-impact sport, but the repetitive and rotational nature of the swing puts unique demands on your body. Personal training bridges the gap between skill and physical ability, helping you to:

  • Increase Power & Distance — Develop golf-specific strength and power which will lead to more explosive drives.
  • Prevent Injuries — Address imbalances and mobility limitations that lead to common issues like lower back or shoulder pain.
  • Improve Consistency & Control — Strengthen stabilising muscles and balance to create a repeatable, reliable swing.
  • Enhance Endurance & Longevity — Stay sharp and energised for all 18 holes, and play the game we all love for longer.
  • Boost Recovery — Learn mobility and strength exercises that keep you pain-free and performing at your best.
  • Complementary to your Golf Coaching — Target key areas which will allow your golf coach to enhance your swing.

Who I Train

My golf-focused personal training is ideal for:

  • Amateur and club golfers wanting to increase consistency and distance
  • Senior golfers seeking mobility, distance and enhanced longevity
  • Competitive players focused on performance optimisation
  • Beginners looking to build a solid physical foundation

My Personal Experience & Relevant Qualifications

I have been playing golf since 2021 and since then, I have incorporated golf performance into my training. In holding golf-specific training qualifications, being TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified Fitness 2 and TPI Certified Power 2, this has seen my own and my client’s golfing performance improve significantly.

  • Current Handicap – 9.6
  • Lowest Score – 78 (Royal Wimbledon – Black Tees (6,394 Yards) – Par 71)
  • 2025 Driving Speed Gains – On-Course (+5 mph Clubhead Speed – currently 112mph; +7mph Ball Speed – currently 164mph) / Max Effort (+4mph Clubhead Speed – currently 116mph; +6mph Ball Speed – currently 170mph)

Whatever your current playing level, you can use the TPI methodology and my experience to improve and stay healthy.

What is TPI?

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world’s leading educational organisation dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since inception, TPI has screened an incredible number of golfers of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels. This has led TPI to the conclusion that a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a club in the most efficient way possible, with the methodology targeting a player’s own physical limitations in order to optimise their golf swing and reduce injury risk.
